Dr. Deepti Nahar, MD, F.A.C.O.G. is a Board Certified obstetrician and gynecologist, and is also a fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon. She completed medical school at New York Medical College and completed her residency training at the State University of New York at Stony Brook Medical Center. She then completed a 2 year AAGL-Certified fellowship at the North Shore – Long Island Jewish Health System in New York.
Dr. Nahar is proficient in all facets of women’s healthcare ranging from adolescent care, to obstetrical care and postmenopausal care. She is passionate about providing personalized OBGYN care that best suits each patient individually, whether it be related to well-women checkups, menstrual abnormalities, pelvic pain, prolapse, or other concerns. She is especially enthusiastic about offering single-site and minimally invasive surgery options for her patients.
Being originally from California, Dr. Nahar escaped the winters of the east coast to return to California and loves being able to call the Coachella Valley her home. During her free time, Dr. Nahar enjoys spending time with her husband and son, traveling and experiencing other cultures, cooking and trying new recipes, dancing, and exploring the outdoors.
